The Founder Chairman of ITRAF is Dr. Parthasarathi Shome. The Vice Chairman is Mr. K R Girish. Members of the Governing Body are: Parthasarathi Shome, K R Girish, T. V. Mohandas Pai, Suresh Senapaty, K. R. Sekar, Indraneel Roy Chaudhury, H. Padamchand Khincha, P. V. Srinivasan, Mukesh Butani, Nigam Nuggehalli and Hitesh Gajaria.
